Platform Policies

By using VaultLocker you agree to abide by the following policies. These rules exist to keep the platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Acceptable Use

  • VaultLocker is intended for legitimate trading card collectors and enthusiasts. Any use of the platform for purposes outside of this is prohibited.
  • Attempting to exploit, abuse, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform — including APIs, authentication flows, or database endpoints — is strictly forbidden.
  • Automated scraping, bots, or scripts that place undue load on our services are not permitted without prior written approval.
  • Any attempt to access accounts, data, or resources that do not belong to you will result in immediate and permanent suspension.

Honest & Accurate Listings

  • All card listings must be accurate and honest representations of the item. Misrepresenting condition, grade, authenticity, or any other attribute is prohibited.
  • Posting fake, counterfeit, or fraudulent cards is grounds for immediate removal and suspension.
  • Pricing intended to deceive or manipulate other users is not permitted.

Conduct & Community

  • All users are expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not impersonate other users, staff, or public figures.
  • Any conduct that VaultLocker staff deem damaging to the community or platform — even if not explicitly listed here — may result in action being taken.

Scams & Fraud

  • Scamming other users in any form — including but not limited to non-delivery of items, bait-and-switch tactics, or false trade agreements — is forbidden.
  • Spreading misinformation about users, cards, sellers, or the platform itself is prohibited.
  • If you become aware of a scam or fraudulent activity, please report it to staff immediately.

Access & Suspension

  • VaultLocker reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently revoke access to any account or user at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
  • This includes — but is not limited to — violations of these policies, behaviour deemed detrimental to the platform, its users, or its brand, and cases where we believe a user's presence has a negative effect on our community.
  • Suspended users may contact staff via Discord to appeal. All decisions made by VaultLocker staff are final.
  • We reserve the right to update or amend these policies at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
